Is this a phising message sent through Amazon Messages

I was sent this below through Amazom Messages i assume the sender who was named would have had to join Amazon as a buyer on checking i had never sold a book to this person either they meaage in broken english talk about an item v a book cant say im worried as you cant give neg feedback on an" item " that does not exist …

Two weeks ago I have ordered and paid an item from your Amazon shop and I still haven’t received it.
I have uploaded a PrintScreen of my order ID’s details for you to check on my Amazon_Drive:

( i have removed all the encoding which i was meant to click into after removing the 3 words red to access ?

(remove the three words RED to access the PrintScreen of my order)

Please check it out and give me an answer regarding my order and its delivery.
If you fail to resolve the issues with my order I will leave bad feedback on your Amazon shop and I will also notify Amazon about this.

If this was genuine the buyers Order ID would show in the message log, if your not sure reply requesting the Amazon Order ID associated to this complaint

What Rugsy said!

Scam scam scam!!! This is now a standard issue scam attempt but the enquiry wording may be slightly different from one piece of c*** sender to the next…

Here s hoping you have not opened any attachment if in an email? If the enquiry has come through the Amazon messaging system, then simply report and ignore

All the best… Lee
