Customer sent a query in a negative review and won't respond to remove/alter it
Hi, Hoping a mod can help me please, on order 206-9025311-1723500 a customer has left a 1 star feedback asking about the delivery (it should have been a buyer message). It's out of scope of the general request for feedback removal as it doesn't fit into the criteria required and based on the forum amazon will just auto reject my request. Can a mod look into removing it please, the buyer wasn't home on the 2 delivery attempts that were within the delivery timescale fyi if you check the tracking, I've fulfilled all my obligations on the order.
I've sent them a message asking them to revise it but they've stopped responding since it was delivered

Feedback can onlty be removed not modified - and only by the customer if Amazon deny it. You might as well try as mods wouldnt help anyway if you havn't already tried with Amazon.
