Problemswith Evri labels not working

Im a new seller and have started to use Evri for postage. I use Evri on another selling platform, and have no issues with labels. The past two labels ive printed off for Evri postage have not been able to be scanned on the lockers as well as not working when i manually input the code. Even tried to take into the shop for a person to scan but still have the same issues.

Anyone else struggling with anything like this?

I have exactly the same problem. The label isn't able to be scanned in the Evri shops... This is the third order I've had a problem with so I think there's some kind of problem that Amazon haven't sorted yet
