Read onlyI'm reaching out for urgent assistance regarding a significant issue we are experiencing with our product listing.
Recently, we have observed a pattern of suspicious activity involving orders placed to Amazon lockers. These orders, often placed under false names, are returned after a few days and refunded. Despite the refunds, the transactions allow these "customers" to leave 1-star negative ratings without written reviews. This activity seems deliberate and aimed at harming our product's reputation.
Here are the main issues we're facing:
Policy Violation: The actions violate Amazon’s terms of service.
Review System Integrity: Negative ratings from non-received products undermine the review system's credibility.
Brand Impact: Our product's reputation and sales are suffering due to these unwarranted negative ratings.
We are concerned about two more orders currently in Amazon lockers that we anticipate will follow the same pattern.
We are seeking advice on the following:
Restricting Orders to Amazon Lockers: Is there a way to prevent orders from being shipped to Amazon lockers?
Handling Negative Ratings: How can we address and remove these unfair negative ratings?
Protecting Our Listings: What steps can we take to safeguard our listings from such policy violations in the future?
Any insights or recommendations from the community would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your help.
