Expected delivery dates
I closed my shop over Christmas and when I re-opened it I noticed that even though my handling time is set to 1 day my expected delivery dates are in 2 weeks. I contacted support and they messaged me back saying that as my VTR is 78% I am not eligible for 1 day shipping. IS anyone else having this?

I do not buy shipping through Amazon as I need the average weight facility of Click & Drop. Every item I sell I put in the tracking number provided by Royal Mail but most of the time Amazon say it is not a valid tracking number. If I buy the same service through Amazon it is valid though!

This is part of the email I got from SS
You must be selling on Amazon for at least 90 days.
Order count: ten or more orders in the past 30 days across all shipping options.
Valid tracking usage rate: equal to 100%. In UK, this includes tracking IDs from Royal Mail, Hermes, Yodel, DPD, UK Mail and Parcelforce. For a complete list of approved carriers, click here.
On-time delivery rate: greater than or equal to 97%.
Seller initiated cancellation rate: Less than 0.5%.
Valid Tracking rate must be equal to 100%. However, VTR of your account is 77.78%. Hence this is the reason you are ineligible for one-day shipping. To know more about your account health, click on the link given below:

So are you actually asking about 1 day shipping (SFP or Premium)
Or are you just enquiring as to why you have a 2 week delivery time?
I believe what has happened here is that SS have give you a generic unrelated response to a question they haven’t bothered to even read properly, and that is now in turn confusing you.
So back to the start…forget what SS have said…

I have 100 VTR, Excellent feedbak ratings, OTDR is also high yet 2 weeks for standard and 1 week next day. I have looked at other sellers and they range from 2-4 weeks. I suspect the strike issues over past 4 weeks or so has meant Amazon is playing it safe for buyers so they are not too disappointed although despite the EDD being 2 weeks standard and 1 week premium for the buyers eyes you still have to ship and deliver well before and within your normal tiems as per your orders as not to fail metrics
