No fulfilment centres are currently available to receive (Dangerous goods/Hazmat)

I know this has been a real nightmare all over the Christmas period but this is still going on and a complete joke now.

I've so many boxes piling up awaiting to go into Amazon this is literally destroying my business and I'm really not sure what more I can do other than wait.

It wouldn't be so bad but these items I'm trying to send in are wax melts so why they think these are dangerous goods I'm not sure either.

Any help is much appreciated.

I have had this before, and it turned out that one of the items i was sending was actually unable to be sent, which i had to get cleared up with SS. If i were you mess around with the ASINs, delete one at a time and see if you can go through. i just sent a hazmat this morning so they are definitely not full.

Hello @Seller_w2VkRP43C7TdG,

Here Simon from Amazon, happy to help.

Are you still having issues with sending inventory to the Amazon Fulfillment Centers?

If so, could you please provide the affected ASINs in order for me to conduct an investigation?

Best,

Simon

Hello Sellers!

I wanted to check in again to understand if this is still a recurrent issue that is having an impact on your business.

Please let me know.

Best,

Simon

I should add, this is particularly infuriating since my products aren't even hazmat!!!

Anytime I submit my documents, it comes back as 'non-hazardous', yet somehow, somewhere, it still shows as hazmat somewhere in the system and Seller Support refuse to believe me or even look at the screenshots I send showing it as non-haz at my end.

Exactly the same - ours are wax melts - solid wax products and so why they think this is hazardous I have no idea. Complete waste of time speaking to seller support as they have no idea what your talking about and just respond with the usual copy-and-paste response.

As there are so many of us dealing with this issue (which last year Amazon did admit was some sort of fault, not simply a case of 'no room at the inn'), perhaps we could create a shared Google doc for us to list ASINs and case numbers in? Email that Managing Director account and try to make them look at it as a whole?

Just seem to run round in circles with it all its a nightamre. What winds me up more is the fact there are other sellers selling similar products who are not HAZMAT yet and therfore able to send thousands of the product into FBA.

Simon,

You checked in 4 weeks ago to see if it was still a issue, we told you it was and you didn't respond?

I finally managed to ship out 32 units today. Went to create a second shipment and seems that was my lot. Can't even send 2 more units now.

Hello @Seller_Y0ydmxdE8ED0y,

The issue has been brought to the attention of the responsible team and it's currently being investigated.

I will provide updates as soon as I have any.

Best,

Simon

Please keep us posted as if this is going to be going on much longer we might as well shut up shop as the amount of money we are loosing because of this has had a huge impact on us. We have already had to let staff go.

I am still unable to send Hazmat goods. Do we know if this is a warehouse space issue or a software glitch?

Same its a nightmare - running in circles as always with Amazon as no one seems to know whats going on.

Who is the responsible team and how have they failed to fix this after more than 6 months?

Still an issue. I have products which were previously classed as non-hazardous but are now being defined as hazardous and can't be accepted. Very frustrating
