Disembursment issues

hi all,

I am having issues with amazon. requested my first disembursement. Its been about 1month now - still nothing. Amazon are insistent they’ve sent it and given a transfer number. HSBC are saying the transfer code number is useless to them as theyre not the sender of funds.
Anyone else had this? its at a bit of empasse - both sides denying knowledge. I’ve got a few hundred £££ floating arounf the etha so naturally want to get this sorted!!! Cant seem to to sepak to anyone Amazon side and the email address payments-investiage@amazon.co.uk are being beyond useless.

Did you use that exact email address?
If so then take a close look at it and then try retyping it and resending your email

Yes Adrian - plenty of replies back from the shocking team at Payments email, but they’re just beyond useless - either by design or accident :man_shrugging:t3:

If anyone has any suggestions on how I can push this forward I would be delighted to hear them…
