EU Returns
So far this month we have had 5 EU returns, 4 from DE & 1 from NL. the total value of these items is £150.00 and as of today not one have been returned. We currently don’t have a returns address for any of our EU marketplaces which we now will have to i guess.
Is anyone aware if amazon offer a pre-paid label return for any of the EU marketplaces that is charged or comes out of Disembursment funds.

You either need to supply the customer with a prepaid return for EU orders, or supply them with a local return address (so your DE customers will expect a return address in DE likewise one in NL for your NL customers).
otherwise they will get a returnless refund.

thanks for the reply. what is the cheapest option for a pre-paid label and with whom if you know. also regarding a local returns address option, is there anyone that covers all EU marketplaces or even worldwide
