I thought all SFP had to treated the same
I can’t understand what the customer experience is when viewing my listings as they seem to get treated wildly differently.
For example yesterday (Friday,) I had several SFP orders come through in the afternoon, some had to be despatched on that day, some had to be despatched today (Saturday,) and some had to be despatched on Monday. These were all orders that came in before 4pm cut off time.
Weirdly, one of the orders had been charged £2.50 postage.
Does anyone know what’s happening?

Only buyers who have a prime membership have to have their orders despatched same day for next day delivery
I used to be sfp but wouldn’t now under the new rules but my orders used to say one day delivery for prime member orders and standard for non prime buyers
I was also told by my sfp account manager (again this could’ve changed) that you could send the non next day orders via standard postage - not next day
This one would be a non prime member who has paid extra to get it on a next day delivery
Not as many people as you’d think are actual prime members .
Changing from sfp to premium actually worked better for us , time wise and financially

Go to your shipped orders tab and filter by prime on the left and screenshot a section that includes some one day and standard orders

Just to add, if sending to a Business, then it may be shown as closed over a weekend, so a different dispatch and delivery date.
The cut-off may show as 4pm, but you may find it is really 3pm or 3.30pm to allow for Pending payment times.
