You can only have one account per household (address) unless you get permission from Amazon for a second account if selling in a different category.

If your son lives at a different address to you then it should not be a problem at all, since Amazon would have no reason to link the pair of you, so long as your son doesn’t use any of the same details that you did [bank account, trading name etc]
If he lives at the same address then he would simply need to contact Amazon beforehand and explain, they could then assess the situation and give permission or not.
