Hello @Seller_GBnIxMJ4ca9ZY,

Thank you for participating in our forums, I'm Angie from UK forum team.

To inactivate some marketplaces, you can place those markets under “Holiday”.

To set your listings to Inactive or Active, complete the following steps.

1. From your seller account, select Settings, then select Account Info.

2. Go to Account Overview, in the Store Status section, click Holiday Settings

3. Select one of the following options:

  • Active: Listings in the marketplace(s) that you specified will reappear on product detail pages and in search results within one hour.
  • Inactive: Removes all listings from the marketplace(s) that you specified and search results within one hour.

4. When you’ve finished, click Save.

If you encounter any complications, you can contact seller support. To contact them, go to Seller Central > Help > Help and resources, or click here.

Regards,

Angie 🌼

I also want to do this because all of Europe is using the same IPI score. I need the IPI score for UK to be separate from Europe as the score is getting dragged down.

How do I make it so that I completely remove all of europe stores and leave just UK active. Changing Holiday settings doesn't work. I want rid of all of them.

You can’t get rid of the EU marketplaces, you can only put them in an inactive status.

Hello @Seller_30wrcrU7WPCiY,

As the answer provided by your colleague states, you cannot remove them completely, you can only deactivate those accounts from the Holiday Setting.

@Angie_Amazon Hi Angie. I have another question.

On the dashboard i see "IPI" score. I know this is directly connected to the amount of exposure Amazon allows sellers to receive on ASINS within those marketplaces. Low IPI score, low page views on products.

I have noticed my UK sales have sky rocketed but the IPI score is dropping for the UK because the other countries IPI scores are linked to it.

My Germany score is bad so it is making the UK suffer. How can i disconnect the IPI so they do not tie together. I want each country to have it's own IPI like USA / CANADA / MEX do.

It is seriously impacting my UK sales since I opened up Europe.

Dear Tom, Happy Christmas to all

We would greatly appreciate it if you could share any potential solutions to the issue you mentioned earlier. We are currently facing the same problem, and as Angie pointed out, it appears to be limited to FBM listings (not FBA).

We are looking to stop selling on marketplaces outside of Germany (DE) due to VAT complications, but we are unsure of how to stop our FBA listings from being active in the EU marketplaces. Currently, we are using FBA in the DE marketplace, and we're concerned about how to manage not to sell in other EU market Place [ ES , IT , PL , FR , NL , SE ] this in light of the VAT compliance issues.

Any guidance or suggestions you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Happy Christmas to all .

Kind Regards Smart Fashion
