Amazon auto approved FBM Return not received back more than 25 days
Hi,
We have two returns outstanding that were refunded by Amazon on first scan. These were FBM orders.
I wanted to know what options do we have if Royal Mail collected the return from the customer but we’ve not received anything back in over 25 days?

If status states “Carrier picked up the package.”, that’s incorrect, they haven’t.
Chances are the customer changed their mind when they saw they had to pay for the return label.
You will probably find they haven’t been refunded. If they have, it gets difficult getting your money back although I believe there is an impossibly difficult policy somewhere .

Yes, that’s what it states. Weird why it says carrier picked up package then!

I have two outstanding returns on my accounts, what am I meant to do with them? I have the following buttons:
- Complete
- Issue Refund
- Edit Authorisation
- Contact Buyer

Go into each order and check whether it has been refunded.
Then, you could click on Complete but personally I leave them to time themselves out. This happens after 50 days or thereabouts. Not sure exactly.
It’s so annoying to see that darn returns widget every day.

What about the return label that was generated - will the charge be refunded after 50 days, or have I not been charged if it’s not really been picked up?
