Appealing Amazon Suspension for requesting fake Reviews allegation

Dear All

I am in a bit of limbo a customer basically opened a return however could never prove the item was returned to us no tracking or anything .

I also realised that their address was wrong so wonder they were trying to falsely open a return.

They gave us a bad review when we challenged them they apologised and offered to leave a positive review if we did decide to refund them (even though we never received the item back)

I can share my screen shot of our response in hindsight there was some poor choice of words however we made it clear we are not after reviews

Amazon not only blocked us and now asking us to put measures in place

Any help would be really appreciated

"if they do and you can revise the review let me know" is going to be impossible to convince them didn't mean something that violates Amazon policy.

I think the only thing you can do is own it as something you did wrong and say what you're going to do to make sure it doesn't happen again.

I'm not trying to be mean when I say this, but I think it might help you going forward to put a little more effort into the grammar of your buyer messages. Maybe use a word processing program/app that does grammar corrections to type the message into first? If you find yourself in a dispute with Amazon, it will always be easier to make your case if the messages you've been sending are as unambiguous as possible.

I'm not saying you did anything wrong, I just can't see how you can make that clear to Amazon.
