Credit card invalid message

Hello. I am a new amazon seller. We had a zoom interview and were given an amazon access to seller central. it is a partial access however. i keep getting a message that card details are invalid. And that Amazon is unable to charge this card. At the same time I see that my account was charged on this card to the amount of gbp 30 on July 18th. This is a business card that is absolutely valid (I have called my bank to double check etc). I have called the retail seller support and they said they have the details of my request and that someone should come back to me in 48 hours. I have written twice back in July to “get support” and have no answer at all. Is that normal? Is there anything else I can do to overcome this and start selling? Thank you.

have you just added it to the UK site or all the EU sites as I believe from other posts recently that you need to add it to all EU sites too before its fully verified

Maybe Kris, you can answer this as I can’t understand it (:thinking:) ? - how can they say a card is invalid if they have used the same card to take the Pro fees from ?

To Mynewfuture: the £30 is for the Professional selling plan which you must have signed up for.
I would advise you to downgrade the plan until you are able to start selling as you will be charged monthly.
Go to Settings - Account Info - Your Services - Sell on Amazon - Manage.
Downgrade to individual plan. You can upgrade again once your account is fully verified.
