How much are the Grade and Resell program fees?

I have searched high and low for exact fees for the Grade and Resell program, however have come up short.

I can only find the following information" -
“Fees will be waived until December 31st 2021”
“Only applicable for products over £15 to ensure viability”

Does anybody know the “processing cost” or “processing fee” of the Grade and Resell program?

I would wager that the fees are still waived. As far as i know they never actually said what the cost would be. As a rough indication, here are the fees in the US:
