I have a support case open, asking for access to Royal Mail labels after 30 days as Amazon removes them. This ticket has now been open for almost 4 months.
The issue is with the number of fraudulent buyers that Amazon allows to do non-delivery refunds. After 30 days, we are not able to go back to Royal Mail for a compensation claim.

There is no limit for the case to be in Pending Amazon Action status, as every situation is different and would require a different time to be solved or investigated.
Could you share the case ID, so I can take a look ?
