I am trying to change my email address in Business Information and as I can't edit it, I opened a case and the answer I received was that I need to change the email address in my Buyer account and it will automatically change in the Seller Account, The issue is that I do not have any Buyer Account with the same email address. It is becoming a nightmare as I need to do some changes to my account and the Amazon teams reply to my email saying that they do not recognize my email address and I need to send the emails from the account's email address (which I cannot use anymore).
I would really appreciate any suggestion.

I have the exact same problem. Been working on it since end of December 2023!
I’ve had hundreds of messages from seller support but no real help. I created a thread here, got someone from Amazon to look at it then she left….
