Greetings Amazon Community,

I am trying to change my email address in Business Information > under 'Business and Contact Information', as there is no option to edit the current email address which is the old email address associated with the account. I opened a case and the answer I received was that I need to change the email address in my Buyer account and it will automatically change in the Seller Account. The issue is that I do not have any Buyer Account with the same email address. It is becoming a nightmare as I need to do some changes to my account and the Amazon teams reply to my email saying that they do not recognise my email address. How can i gain permission to change the email address in Business Information > under 'Business and Contact Information'?

I would really appreciate any suggestion.

We want to change our business address in the near future, but I’ve heard so many horror stories about it

-Any experience/advice from any anyone who has changed their business Address

-How the process works for verification (for people who have changed it)

My account was deactivated due to VAT establishment checks.

My business is established in the UK, however my business is registered at a virtual office in London.

Obviously, Amazon doesn't seem to accept virtual offices for non-VAT registered businesses too.

My question is, how can I change my address on Amazon from virtual to my home after being deactivated? As then I can provide utility documents to show proof of operations.
