Product authenticity - need supply chain document
So we have a product authenticity complaint dating back to May that we’re having trouble clearing.
Our setup is a little complicated, we have a Chinese subsidiary business that does all the sourcing and then our UK business purchases from the Chinese business.
We have the original purchase invoice between the manufacturer and our chinese business, I’ve provided documents between our two companies, including a contract, a purchase agreement and an invoice for one of the transactions.
I’ve just spoken to a representative from Account Health (who I unfortunately really struggled to understand), he’s saying the invoice is fine and has been accepted but I need to prove “supply chain document”.
Any thoughts on what he might mean and what is missing in the list of documents above?

With most authenticity claims AMZ want a chain back to the manufacturer. If you’ve supplied an invoice from your Chinese subsidiary business to your UK business, it may still not be clear to them. Have you provided / can you provide an invoice from Manufacturer to Chinese subsidiary company? That should show them the full supply chain then.

are these your own Brand ? Manufactured for you ?
if so, a sales invoice from your manufacturing department to your sales department would be ok
