Received Intellectual Property Complaints
HI,
I have received intellectual property complaint on one of my listing, I am a new seller and had no idea about this and created this listing in error, which now has been removed by amazon. I have no intentions to relist this product. Kindly if anyone can help me how should I approach this problem will my account be deactivated?

Chances are the defect will just be cleared from your account after 6 months since you haven’t mentioned already being deactivated. You can post the message from Amazon to make sure though.

Hello @JOLLYJOI,
This is Ash from Amazon, and would assist you with your questions above.
From the post above, I understand that you have concerns on the intellectual property complaints.
As per the Amazon policies, sellers should comply with all federal, state, and local laws and Amazon policies applicable to their products and product listings.
Amazon does not allow listings that violate the IP rights of brands or other rights owners. Violating this policy may result in loss of selling privileges or other legal consequences.
Did you list the items of same brand or similar items ?
Where from did you purchase these items ?
You can learn more on the Amazon Intellectual Property Policy by clicking here.
If you don’t have valid Letter of authorization, kindly remove the violating asin from the inventory, and acknowledge your mistake using the appeal button.
Please take all the proactive measures to prevent these kind of issues in future.
Thanks for your insights @Demel, @Smiley_Guy.
Regards,
Ash.
