Brand Permissions
I applied to sell a product from oxo good grips (ASIN: B00HEZ888K) and I was told to request approval. I clicked on this button and It said I was approved to sell the product because of my track record. Does this mean that I can sell OXO branded products without any legal issues? Have I gained permission to sell OXO products from OXO? Also how do I check on my amazon seller central account which products, brands and categories I am approved to sell in?
If I go to list a product and there’s no apply to sell button on it, does that mean I can sell that product without any legal issues?
Yeah, it’s a lot of questions but I’m a confused guy

Getting permission from Amazon and from a brand are actually two separate things.
However, most brands you should be fine with, as long as you are using a verified supply chain.
Amazon have basically approved you, because they see from your record that there have obviously been no issues surrounding brands or your selling record.
It is however possible, that the brand itself, doesn’t like anyone else other than their authorised distributors to sell on Amazon and as such, could make a complaint.
But for this kind of thing, I really wouldn’t worry too much about it.

amazon may be allowing you to sell but do oxo allow it where do you get your inventory from is it a wholesaler or are you doing retail arbitrage?
