HELP! Amazon has temporarily removed the selling privileges for your account
Our Amazon DE account has been blocked without any notice. There is no message regarding this in Performance notification. Nobody is answering our emails. We can not contact seller support for help. There is only one option to contact Amazon that says: We only answer questions about your suspended account status.
But when we asked what happened and why is our account blocked, what should we do next. No answer. No email for more than 6 days now.
Does anyone have the same experience? What shall we do?

Check your emails then, when checking performance notifications make sure you are in the DE option not UK.
If its only just happened, did you miss a phone call, if so you will get an email soon.

Based of the type of products which you are selling, it could have something to do with them containing ingredients, which are prohibited from sale in Germany.
There were several threads about suspensions like this over the past few days.
Check your performance notifications. Have you received any Policy Violations recently?

This will be why you are blocked…
You will find that Amazon has covered itself by saying that cannabinoids are not permitted. Cannabidiol (CBD) itself is just one of some 113 other identified cannabinoids found in cannabis plants.
As for a list …these are the most common cannabinoids (I’ll let you find the other 100 to check against)
