Policy Warning notice
Received the policy warning below regarding ASIN: B0017IUFAE. It does not presently even show up on Amazon but I can see from a Google search that the product used to be ‘Tritton AX Pro: Precision Gaming Headset with Dolby 5.1’ which I only ever sold in a used condition. Confused now as to how I am supposed to respond now seeing as I have no active listings for this, indeed there’s not even an Amazon product listing page:
We are contacting you because we received a report of trademark infringement on the product detail page associated with one or more of your listings. Please modify your product and product detail page to ensure they do not infringe on the trademark of the rights owner listed below. Once this is done, email us at notice-dispute@amazon.co.uk.
Examples of unacceptable terms:

– “Cable similar to Pinzon.” Pinzon is trademarked by Amazon, and we prohibit the use of “similar to.”
Examples of acceptable terms:
– “Cable for charging AmazonBasics speaker.” The cable is not created or sold by Amazon.
– “Wireless speaker for laptop, compatible with AmazonBasics.” The speaker is not created by Amazon.
– “Basic cable works with Pinzon.” The cable is not sold or created by Pinzon.

Any advice as to how to respond - if at all - much appreciated.
NB: from a quick search it appears that Tritton have had all their headphone product pages removed from Amazon

Amazon is asking you to modify the product detail pages to make them compliant with their guidelines regarding the usage of trademarked terms.
Follow the instructions in the notice.

Do nothing, replying may trigger unwanted investigations into your account as a whole.

Based on the content of the notification they are asking you to email them about the changes you have made to the listing.
Hence the listing no longer exist, the best thing for you to do is to email them about all that situation and explain them your findings.
Make this email simple, polite and to the point, they don’t like complicated emails with many big words.

My advice will be to do nothing as you have nothing to fix. I had a similar notice a few months back and I did absolutely nothing…and nothing happened!
