Can i adjust prices on expedited orders? Problem is Amazon have it set at £4.08 and we have to make sure it gets to customer next day so have to pay £6.85 for this service. Wipes out all profit and has us running at a loss.

If its prime then you need to offer all customers the same price
if its premium then yes you can set a postage price assuming you are on the professional plan (where you pay a monthly fee)
If you aren’t on the professional plan then you can not change the postage charges
