Read onlyHello, fellow sellers,
I need urgent help regarding my Amazon seller account. My account was suddenly deactivated, and I have no way to contact Amazon support.
Here’s what happened:
Two months ago, Amazon requested business identity verification documents. I submitted them immediately.
Shortly after, I received an email confirming that my documents were successfully verified.
Today, out of nowhere, my account was deactivated with a message stating that my documents were not verified—even though they were previously approved.
The email did not specify which document is an issue, and there is no option to upload any documents again.
Biggest concerns:
No way to contact Amazon: The Help section is closed, and there is no call or email option available to reach Seller Support.
Inventory stuck: My products are still in Amazon’s warehouses, and I have no access to my account.
Balance stuck: I cannot withdraw my funds, and Amazon has provided no timeline for when I can access them.
What I’ve tried so far:
Submitted an appeal, but got a generic response that didn’t clarify the issue.
Looked for options to upload documents again, but there are none.
Checked for any way to contact Seller Support—nothing is available.
Has anyone else faced this issue? How did you resolve it? Any advice on how to escalate this would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance!
Which address are you verifying? Companies house says on one page you're resident in England and the other that you're in Pakistan as an example
