Amazon has blocked my account
Amazon has blocked my account on the grounds that I had too many cancelled orders. This was because I made a mistake when I listed a product and I put the number of items available on the system. It was then showing as seller fulfilled whereas I meant Amazon-fulfilled. I cancelled the listing but customers in Europe were still making orders. I have tried to explain this to Amazon.de, but they are not satisfied with my explanations and asking me to give full report of what happened and a full report of how to rectify the problem. Can someone please help me.

Suspensions due to your account’s Pre-Fulfillment Cancellation Rate exceeding the 2.5% target aren’t difficult to appeal.
If you need help, I would advise you to check out my example Plan of Action addressing this suspension type, which already helped multiple sellers get reinstated.
