POD ( proof of delivery to Amazon)
Hi Everyone,
I’m new to FBA but not having good experience so for. I send 200 units of my products to Amazon centre, 40 units disappeared online, couidn’t find the listing on the inventory page, It later turned up as stranded inventory which was sorted afterwards. The other 160 units still missing, Amazon said I need to provide POD ( proof of delivery) issued by Amazon? Does anyone know how to get that?
After the above shipment, a week later I shipped a different product 80 units to Amazon centre the UPS tracking showed it’s been delivered but until now they’ve not been added to the inventory after two weeks, tomorrow is the reconciliation date. I’m quite sure it’s gone missing as I have raised the issue 3 times without any positive results.
I have low stock on other products but unsure what to do next as I’m scared of losing even one more unit. Is Amazon this careless or just a bad luck?
Thank you

Proof Of Delivery is a receipt signed by a consignee or recipient, confirming delivery of a shipment in good order and condition.
It needs to be provided to you by the carrier.

Are you 100% positive that you are labelling your boxes/units correctly and that this sin’t simply user error on your part?
Once the package is delivered to Amazon if your labelling is awry then your products could sit there for months with no one being able to identify whose stock it is.
