VTR defect report includes delivered tracked Item

Hi all :slight_smile:Just another VTR problem!

I have one particular order coming up on the defects VTR report, saying Not Valid Tracking but it is showing Delivered on the RM website, within promised date.

Opened a case to CS to have this reviewed, but they replied with a cut and paste to submit a plan and ignored the question.

( I am currently 89% not MF suspended and use RM 24/48 tracked, tracking uploaded auto)

Question is, how do I get this one removed as every defect is crutial to get over 95%

if you are using RM24 and RM48 you won’t be suspended anyway as they will verify the tracking numbers

usually they still appear as a defect if the tracking number was added after delivery
