Is this a scam?

Howdi guys, will keep this as brief as poss, basically customer is claiming non delivery, sent tracked and confirmed delivered, told them that, gave them the info and now I’ve received a message from the same customer which “appears” to be from Amazon customer services. If this was raised, or Amazon were involved in any way, would the message from “customer services” come from the customers account?.

The “item” is blank, has the Order ID in there but then it says:
To respond to this customer, please reply to this e-mail or visit your seller account at the following link:
[link removed]
It does actually say “link removed” in the message.

Me thinks not personally, but just wanted to double check with anyone with experience in these matters.

The email you have received is from support.
All that has happened, is that the customer has contacted them, and they have contacted you on the customers behalf.
However, do bear in mind that support literally just put what the customer says, they rarely pay any heed to what policy etc actually is.
So just respond as you would normally to the customer.
