Missing Orders - Another Glitch?

We’ve just had a late dispatch notification email from Amazon, but we can’t find the order in our confirmed orders list. even by putting the order number into the search bar directly and setting to 365 days it comes up not found.

I have used the new support interface to contact Amazon and when I put the order number in, it came up with the item sold and date, but when I clicked on the order number it came up with a not found error message and to try again later. I have raised a case with Amazon to try and protect our metrics and not be penalised for late dispatch on an order that we can’t find.

I have noticed that my order pending section has been saying there are several orders, but it is not showing the amount it is saying is in there and no sign of those missing pending order in our confirmed orders either, so am assuming it is another Amazon technical glitch that they can beat us around the head with again.

Is anyone one else experiencing anything similar? We are not FBA.

Tried clearing your cache or using a different browser? That often resolves a lot of seller central glitches.

If it continues happening then it’s obviously a problem at Amazon’s end.

yes, tried everything, clearing cookies, different browsers, different laptops, a kindle, an Ipad and 2 mobile phones and all have the same result - order not found messages.

I think I can safely say it’s something at Amazon’s end - again!!
