regarding account deactivation

Hi ! I have been trying to contact amazon regarding my account, there is no one from amazon who can reply and deal with my issue, amazon doesnt have well trained people in their customer services department who can help us, they dont provide any phone call service to contact them, they have auto messaging service, whenever I contact them, an automatic email received without dealing my issues, Is there anyone who knows about the contact number of amazon so that we can talk to them? they are just wasting our time

Its not possible to contact the verification/deactivation team by phone. There is an phone option on Account Health if you have the profession selling plan, but its not available to deactivatated accounts.

Its a deliberate policy. Lots of people get angry when their account is deactivated so the no phone policy is there to protect staff from any potential abuse.

If you post the deactivation notice someone may be able to advise the best course of action. No point doing appeal after appeal without the correct new information as there comes a point when Amazon stops replying completely.
