They are covered. I have appealed a couple of times recently and the ODR was removed within in a minute of submitting the appeal. As it was so quick I am assuming they are now being reviewed by a bot and being auto removed

Assuming you have appealed and the A-Z's are delivery issues and you despatched on time the Amazon mods often help with issues like this and get the ODR removed. You could try tagging in a Mod. You may want to edit your review of Amazon Support if you want a Mod to help.

Just a polite message to seller support may be more helpful.

You are also covered for late deliveries but you are not covered for failed delieveries.

For example you use buy shipping and the tracking shows it has not been delivered, you will still need to address it. Failure to address will still result you in getting an A-Z as the customer at the end of the day is right if it is not received.

You can also link yur own accounts from Royal Mail and Evri to Amazon so you don't need to buy from Amazon to use buy shipping.

You absolutely have the right to be angry, and hopefully some of the mods will be able to help you, but did you really have to use the R word as a pejorative?

I would tag some of the mods in hopes they'll help you, but I don't want it to look like I'm tagging them to draw attention to that word, so I think you should post a comment tagging some of them in and include the case ID that you have with seller support.

Ive tried everything correctly before i used that terminology over 5 times i could not have been more polite and more accurate with my email , i am only using these words now as its total disbelief that Seller Support cannot understand and comprehend such an easy issue to solve , and by looking on the Seller Forum it is a regular occurence that SELLER SUPPORT just do not give a **** about anybody but their wages = DISGRACEFUL........
