Well I think I have had it eventually

I am only a small seller and wasn’t hoping to make millions selling on Amazon and only sell two product ranges of what I think are quality products and produced quality inserts with supporting info. My metrics have always been excellent and I think I am a good seller. One product range sold quite well on Amazon, the other product range sold very well on my website and eBay. The manufacturer from whom I buy directly from for my good seller on Amazon changed their name by being subsumed by the parent company from the USA and changed the name of the UK company to that of the US company.

Now almost all my quality entries have been marked as “Detail Page Removed” and I have been told variously over the past two weeks that my products may be counterfeit (they’re not), the EIN’s don’t belong to the items I sell (they do) and have been asked to provide ever increasing proofs in documentation for concepts that don’t even apply. Letters from the manufacturer and GS1 certificates are ignored. Through the process I have been told that things are OK just load an inventory file (which I have never done) and things would get back to normal. Tried updating one item to be declined, another message to Support to be taken back to the beginning of the process again on the same thread. Mostly my issues stem from Support not reading my messages and just cutting and pasting standard replies which I can’t get past. Overall it seems that Seller Support just doesn’t work.

I am now looking at a return on investment on Amazon which is negative and for that reason I will be saying that I am out. Not looking for support but I feel better for having a rant!
