I have had 3 this week alone, buyers keeping the new item that was sent from FBA and returning old used items, not even the same brand?

Does anyone else experience this problem?

somebody please help me it’s a bit of a challenge not even customer service has an answer so to be protected with by Shipping they clearly said you need to have a Royal Mail business account so whilst set up the Royal Mail business account Royal Mail said you need to do a minimum of thousand postage a year. so I registered with Royal Mail business account and I integrated it with my Amazon account but Royal Mail are saying I need to buy postage through them on click and drop to be counted as 1000 a year and Amazon is saying I need to buy the label through by Shipping on the Amazon website so how are Amazon sellers going about this? How am I going to be protected by shipping by buying the label from them and also making sure that I get 1000 postage and that Royal mail can see that a year this is very confusing.

I am not sure there is any solution to this one but if anyone has any ideas I am willing to listen.

Buyer has returned an item using an amazon provided Evri shipping label.

The item was returned used and damaged. I have opened a safe T Claim and sent all the required images.

Amazon requested an image of the shipping label. I had already sent the label image so double checked it...... the return label does not include the bar code and tracking number. Just the QR code and the RMA number see image. It looks like Amazon are going to reject the claim based on the lack of tracking number on the return label. Of course I cant speak to anyone at amazon who can confirm that the rejection is due to the lack of a tracking number on the label but I am pretty sure thats the reason...... Any thoughts of a work around here??
