Premium shipping down again due to Tracking metrics

Hi don’t do a lot of Premium shipping ,
But we have lost our eligibilities yet again for something I do not understand

We had 12 orders
All were shipped on time Metric 100%
All were delivered on time Metric 100 %

However only 12 out of 13 had a valid tracking number Metric 92.3%

Not sure where the 13th order came from
Can you help or advise as to what to do?

without checking Im sure its 99% you need if you go into metrics and break it down you will be able to see.

What I am trying to say is if i have 100% on time shipment and delivery how do i get an extra order with no tracking details ?

All my orders are shipped with tracking and Amazon buy shipping
