New product title doesnt go live

i have changed the title for the item in the edit page but it doesnt go live, i have saved it multiple times yet to no avail.

Multiple threads on here where sellers have found they cannot change product titles. Doesn’t seem to be a solution

Sellers effectively have a “trust rating” with Amazon. The higher that “trust level” the more likely they are to accept the request to change info on the detail page.
