1 Star Review left with no details?
An item Im selling has been left a bad 1 star but with no comments, could this be from a competitor and can you find out which buyer left the review to establish why ?

If they hate the product or service so much that they feel the need to leave a 1 star review I want to know why so I can improve.

Do you mean a product review or seller feedback? If its seller feedback then you could have the review removed because it may not be related to the service. There is a lot of anti competitive practices on this platform we have experienced this. We purchased some goods from another website. The seller on the other website was selling it so cheap we purchased a large quantity. The prices vary from platform to platform and naturally we did not want to undersell the product. The seller we purchased from discovered he could get 4 times as much on another platform. So he went around telling his friends to start writing fake reviews and negative feedback. We wrote to him directly telling him to grow up and stop playing games online.
The same with another competitor in the Sheffield area who goes around telling group of females to write fake reviews to stop us selling products under hour own brand.
