Change business name and number

I have started a new business with companies house and what to change my existing amazon account to the new business name and number. Has anyone done this and how did they do it?

Are you changing from a private seller, sole trader or another ltd company ?

I have a ltd company that I am closing down and opening a new Ltd company. It is the same director just a new business name.
