My product is Linked with a brand
I had uploaded my product with another seller who is selling similar item as mine but he as has go amazon brand registered.
No one buyer bought my product and than returned and said my product hasn’t got brand tag on it.
I tried my product to upload it on amazon myself but it doesnt let me do it and i have to link it with someone. and there is no such help exists here on amazon, what ever i asked they had replied me for something else. what a joke.
any solution ?

Does the EAN of your product match the listing?
You can not list against ASIN unless you sell exactly the same product with the same EAN.

You can’t do that. If your product is not EXACTLY the same, including the brand, you must not use that listing (only the brand owner can use it) but create your own or find an unbranded listing that is already in the catalogue. Does your product have a barcode? If so, search the catalogue for it and if you are absolutely sure that it matches completely, add your stock to it. Otherwise, you will have to create a new listing from scratch
Remove your listing now before you get any more orders, or before the brand owner complains about it and gets you kicked off it
You will have to refund your buyer in full, including the postage

It is fairly likely this is the brand owner doing a test order. You should withdraw yourself from the listing as it is probable the brand owner will complain about the product you are selling
