Seller Verification UK
Hello,
It's been far more than 9 working days since the submission of our documents, but there has been no news on Amazon Seller Verification.
Our case log number is 10821570452.
Amazon Seller Verification are no longer replying to our emails - our family is just left in the dark and tearing our hair out due to the income having been suddenly cut off after 8 years of selling.
We are a UK company registered and selling in the UK and have never had this happen to us before, we always passed quickly with flying colours.
Can someone please kindly help us?

Its a waiting game - Amazon used to say that chasing the verification team just sent you to the back of the queue each time. I assume thats still the case?

From the Case ID I can see that your account is still under review. The verification team will notify you by email and through your Performance Notification when the review is complete or in case they need additional information.
