Have Amazon stopped providing unpaid returns labels?
Before all this auto authorised returns malarky came in, when ever we authorised a return, we had the option to have Amazon send the buyer an unpaid postage label with our address etc on it for the return. A lot of our catalogue is classed as hazmat which we are still required to manually authorise, however it seems now that amazon are not providing the emailed instruction and postage label when we request the unpaid mailing label option.
Is anyone able to confirm if this is the case now as we do not have postage labels to upload with our details on them.

Hazmat has not changed for us…we still have to authroise each one and as we do so, have the option to have Amazon generate unpaid labels for us.
So, business as usual for Hazmat returns. For us, anyway.

Our Hazmat ones can have the option of pre-paid or unpaid label.
Note though Buyer yesterday given refund by Amz CS for RM Special delivery cost, as well as refund on an item, that did not need such an expensive service

I’ve lost track of what status the three of mine are in.
One was sent a label by Amazon at my cost, yet they still haven’t posted it back.
The other two are Hazmat, and selected the send unpaid label.
Yet all three exist under Authorised, Pending actions & Closed.
I don’t know what the hell is going on with them. I feel your pain.

We still have the option to send an unpaid label as before which we use but i have customers complainng they are not receiving the emails from Amazon with the label and instructions and they are not appearing in their message centre either and CS always tell the buyer the label comes from us, which it doesn’t. We need clarification on this from Amazon ideally if they have stopped the unpaid labels we need to know.
