Account Status: Active or Not Active
This is driving me mad!
If you are on seller central and you go to settings / account info… what does it say next to account status?
Mine simply says ‘information provided.’ I have just come off a chat with a seller central agent who assures me my account is active and I can list items. But I cant!
I think I’ll record my screen on next chat and send it to Watchdog. Talk about going round in circles and getting nowhere!

Have you not listed anything for sale yet because you can’t or because you haven’t got time etc?
If its because you can’t, what does the error message say ?
Edit - I can recall some of your previous posts but can’t see them , were you ltd and awaiting verification ?

“information provided” is what shows prior to an account reaching the 15k limit for KYC verification. Post-KYC it becomes “valid”.
You’d need to give more info on what you mean by being unable to list. If there is a verification outstanding then typically there is a message at the top of the account info screen that says something like “limited access to selling services”.

If you go to add a product and type in the barcode, does it bring up a listing?

are you putting the correct brand and manufacturer in for it?
