Seller privelages in Toy category removed due to VTR
Woke up to an email stating I had my privileges removed for the toys category and my listings deactivated due to low VTR.
I ship using yodel all 11 orders for the past month in that category have the same type of tracking number input which is the yodel reference number and looks like this YOD1234567. We used to use the barcodes on the parcel as tracking like we still do on eBay but Amazon don’t seem to track the barcodes hence we began to use the Yodel Reference codes as tracking and out of 11 orders receiving these reference numbers only 5 have been tracked by amazons systems, so my VTR is completely inaccurate. I just get a stock response from appeal saying they want an action plan and that this is my fault. I had seller support call me but they claimed to not be trained in dealing with this sort of thing.
I am not at fault it is the amazon system that is not working correctly, any help on this would be appreciated as I have just lost over 2 thirds of our items for sale on amazon. I am currently a professional seller, paid for account but because of today I cancelled the plan as I am not paying when I only have 12 products live that have not sold in months. If i can reinstate my selling privileges I will change this all back.

That is wrong.
I too use Yodel for many of my parcels, and it is the long number under the barcode that you need to enter - that is the one that is scanned, NOT the YOD****** number. Nowhere on the parcel label does the YOD**** number appear - it is for their internal use only.
I have 100% VTR and have had for at least a year now.
Unfortunately you are - Amazon need the long tracking number.
I select Yodel from dropdown, then Other, then type 3-5 day in the box, then the long barcode in the tracking box.

I am having same issue. Yodel parcels delivered and scanned at each point . Amazon says "Has valid Tracking - No "
Not sure why is that .
Yodel tracking number is alphanumeric 7 characters which is different to Yodel long tracking number.
Is this a reason ?

Yeah I didn’t realise there had been an error in the upload until it appeared on my Account Health page with a warning sign. Sadly fixing it hasn’t helped the issue, though I haven’t received any warning emails or phone calls, so hopefully it won’t have any effect on my account and should drop off in a week or so.
I agree that fixing the tracking would help - they can say they have now remedied the incorrect tracking (proves they know what they done wrong and how to do it right now)
