Account payment

I have sold 4 bottles of perfume but not received the money. I thought Amazon had kept it to cover my account payment. However Amazon has still taken money from my credit card to cover payment. How do I speak to an actual person in accounts.

Have you actually looked at the transactions, to check that the fees don’t exceed what you sold them for?
