What new hell have Amazon introduced
Is anyone using ATS AVASK to send product to the EU?
It was all working quite nicely using the AVASK portal (expensive and slow but it worked).
Amazon have now introduced a new process on Seller Central instead of the AVASK portal. It is utterly awful. The time it is going to take just to send a small shipment makes it unworkable.
Has anyone had any joy with it?

We are using it (in principle) but have been unable to book anything since Thursday as it's all gone pear shaped. Not coming up with the correct options on warehouse so have many boxes here that we can't send. Haven't used the new portal yet though so not exactly looking forward to it after what you've written. As you said, the process before was a pain, but it worked.
Edit..... just had a read through the requirements - seems like it's waaaaaaaaay more involving than the previous way of doing it. If it was sufficient information for customs before I have no idea why that hasn't just been incorporated into the new system. One main change seems to be the absolute requirement to add in supplier information - which really doesn't seem necessary or right to me.
