Inbound Transportation Fees and Shipping Inquiry
I was charged £159.64 for Inbound Transportation Fees, but Amazon closed my case a day before my scheduled collection on 28/10/2024. UPS informed me my collection was rejected because my residential area isn’t suitable for pickups, even though I’ve received shipments on pallets here from china. UPS asking if i can rearrange a different pickup location but my case has closed in amazon.
Overall not a nice experience as Our address is a residential address however I can't find anything on the carrier policies that state they cannot pickup from a residential address or they never reached out to me before collection date, we have had pallets dropped off by woodland group in our location previously, unfortunately you can't pick which one when you create a shipment system picked automatically. Amazon can't see anything from their end in regards to the rejection so I am at a loss for what to do and not sure if i can get my Inbound Transportation Fees back.

Is that a shipment you are sending to FBA or one youre receiving?
