IP Complaint Parallel Import
I was selling a product buying from authorized distributor and reselling it on amazon
firstly When I was adding a product they ask me for invoice to list the product I bought the product from that supplier then amazon approved our invoice after 24 hours of product gone live we received IP Complaint on our account and health decreases to 188 from 212.
I submitted the invoice twice with which no response came up amazon just say we have no enough information to verify then today again I submitted the invoice with a description explained document in which supplier authorization ship is proved as they have mentioned on website as well. what are the chances will they remove IP complaint from my account as I have everything on original basis.
If they don't what will be the impact of account health because right now its at risk of deactivation and health is 188.

Does the brand on the link under the Product Name on the affected ASIN actually match the brand of the product?

Was the parallel import filed by the brand owner?
Usually providing a letter of authorization from the brand owner helps resolving the issue more quickly.
