Account Deactivated, any advice grateful

Hi, we had our Amazon account deactivated on Christmas Day …we had already taken all our stock off of Amazon as we had issues with buyers saying they hadn’t received items sent, leaving negative feedback or received but boxes in bad condition & when we check via Royal Mail track & trace they had actually been delivered, we had never experienced anything like this before.
We have received these 2 emails

I’m not sure what I’m meant to do, they say I have access to my seller account for the next 40 days but will pay me my funds in my account in 90 days but may be held longer…I’m very concerned after the 40 days when I will have no access to amazon or my account, they have a few thousand of my money…should I seek legal action???

Amazon have given you 40 days in order to complete any actions you need to on Seller central
This may simply be responding to customer messages, but more importantly from your point of view, uploading any documents they need to complete your ID verification in order for them to pay you after 90 days.
You do not need to go legal now, you need to make sure all info asked for by Amazon has been supplied.
If however, you have been accused of possible inauthentic goods then your funds may never be transferred to you voluntarily by Amazon unless you can provide the necessary documentation to prove authenticity…
In that case then AFTER the 90 days legal action may be your only option, but not yet.
