Seller Support is completely Useless; What Happened?!
Hello,
Over the last year I've notice that Seller Support has become completely and utterly useless.
I've open probably 30 to 40 cases this year. Cases varying from updates to ASIN's to removal of Stranded inventory. Every case so far I've had to reopen at a minimum of 15 times before I get a workable solution to the reason I opened the case. Most cases just die with no fix action because I just give up. My last case involved the removal of an ASIN that was stuck in an Amazon warehouse for over 365+ days, I had to reopen the case over 35 times! Every reply was a canned response that didn't even address my comments about re-opening the case. The case is still on-going
I've spent hours on the phone with seller support that gave me possible helpful solutions and encouraging words of support to my issues that had to be sourced internally for follow-up only to later receive a canned responses that didn't address anything I brought up during my conversations with seller support.
it's a nightmare...
My lastest case which should be straight forward is now causing more issues. A simple update to the manufacturers name on multiple ASIN's - The brand is correct.. just the Manufacturer name wasn't standardized so it's a little bit messy. I'm the brand manager and it should be a straight forward process. Unfortunately, the response to every request is that because I'm not the "Winning Contributor" they can't change the name. The "Winner Contributor" is the previous brand manager that has moved to a different position in the company and is no longer responsible for the listings. I mentioned this to Seller Support and every response is the same canned answer stating that they can't help and I need to have the "Winner Contributor" update the listings.. It's a circle of pain.. They will not give me a solution.. They will not help in anyway..
I haven't had a positive experience with seller support in over a year. It's bad.. It seems like nothing is going to change.

Hi @Seller_p7fZ5OJOffXhc, I'm sorry to hear that you've had negative experiences with Seller Support. If you'd like the community to take a look at your issues, please do feel free to post them in the relevant categories on the Forums!
For example, your first issue around inventory may be assisted in the Manage Inventory category and the brand account issue can be posted in the Manage Your Brand category.
