Tracked Mail amazon suspended listings
Hi
Last week Amazon suspended all my items as I was sending everything 2nd class Royal mail, in order to open my shop back up I had to send everything tracked. I have had no major problems with mail getting lost. Can I get round this at all as some of my items aren’t worth sending tracked and will put the customer off with the extra postage.

You don’t have to send everything tracked, you just have to mark it correctly when dispatching it.
I send all my mail by 2nd class and select “stamps/franking” from the dropdown, my VTR Is N/A

NO - you do NOT have to send everything tracked, and total waste of your money for items below approx £20.
The above replies are correct - it all depends how you confirm shipment.
If dong manually yourself, you need to select 1st/2nd Class Stamps Franking, NOT just 1st or 2nd class - that became invalid back in July.
If you use C&D you can link.
The other alternative to guarantee a perfect VTR is to use ‘Buy Shipping’ - same price and labels as C&D, but generated by Amazon - your items are automatically marked as shipped and will be validated for VTR.

If your listings are suspended you might well have to write a POA to get them reinstated, if you do, post it on here before you submit it and people will help with it

Go back to ALL orders and EDIT each one, then update to correctly show as “stamps/franking”
